Is my data private?
Yes — completely. All your tracking data is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No account is required to use His Ledger.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
On Android: Go to Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → His Ledger → Cancel.
On iOS: Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → His Ledger → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Open His Ledger → Settings → His Ledger Premium → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
I lost my data after reinstalling — can I recover it?
Unfortunately no — because your data is stored locally for privacy reasons, uninstalling the app removes the data permanently. We recommend using the Reset function carefully and only when intended.
The app isn't working correctly — what should I do?
First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If you're still having trouble, contact us at hello@hisledger.com with your device model and what's happening.
How do I set up PIN or Face ID lock?
Go to Settings → Security → PIN Lock or Face ID. This is a Premium feature. Once enabled, you'll be prompted to enter your PIN or use biometrics when opening the app.
What platforms is His Ledger available on?
His Ledger is currently available on Android via Google Play. iOS is coming soon to the App Store.
How do I request a refund?
On Android: Visit Google Play subscriptions to request a refund.
On iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
